Terms and refunds

What you buy

An Juleep licence lets one person use Juleep on up to three computers at a time, with no time limit. It includes every new version released in the year after you buy it. Once that year ends, the versions you already have keep working. Renewing ($29) adds another year of new versions. Nothing renews or charges you automatically.

Free use

Without a licence, the official app types up to 2,000 words a week for free.

Refunds

If Juleep isn't right for you, ask for a refund within 30 days of buying and we'll refund the full amount. A refunded licence stops unlocking Juleep. A refunded renewal removes the year of updates it added.

Payments and tax

Stripe processes payments. Prices are in US dollars, and sales tax or VAT is added where it applies.

Your account

Signing in, with Google or with a link or code sent to your email, shows the licences bought with that email, or added with their key. Anyone with your key can use your licence, so keep it to yourself.

No warranty

Juleep is provided as is. Speech recognition can mishear and cleanup can change meaning, so check important text before you send it. Every take keeps what you said so you can compare.
