What happens after the year of updates?
Juleep keeps working with unlimited words, for good. A renewal costs $29 and adds another year of new versions. You only pay if you want those versions, and we never charge you automatically.
What counts toward the 2,000 free words?
Every word Juleep types for you. The count starts again each Monday.
Do I need an account?
No. Buyers can sign in on this site with Google or an emailed code to see their licence, renew it and manage their computers.
How many computers can I use it on?
Three at a time. To move to a new one, remove the licence from the old computer in Settings › Licence or on your account page, then add it on the new one.
I lost my licence key.
Sign in with the email you bought with, or have the key emailed to you from the “Lost your key?” page.
Can I get a refund?
Yes. Ask within 30 days of buying and we'll refund you in full.
